ATHLETES FOR CROHN'S TEAM
Do we provide training for the event?
We provide great training programs for all of our team members who are doing marathons, half marathons, triathlons, duathlons, and aquathlons. Since our team members live all over the world, the program, created by Hope For Crohn’s® Athlete’s for Crohn’s, are available to you from TrainingPeaks, which delivers plans to you based on your abilities and goals. Team members will also receive a training book, also by our Athlete’s For Crohn’s Program or you can take advantage of our Partners, The Fit Potato or Elite Triathlon
Performance America. See details below.
Do you provide weekly training?
While we don’t offer formal weekly group runs or training, we do encourage our team members to tap into the great training put together by our partner The Fit Potato. We do have a few group runs for a few of our bigger events, where team members can meet each other and get ready for race day. We also provide Facebook Event pages for each of our events, so team members can connect and organize group runs that way.

Coach Gomez believes that knowing the science of the body is as important as the psychology. He believes that you can have the best workouts, equipment, and advice available to you but in the end it means nothing if a coach/trainer cannot teach you how to change your psychology to reach your goals. Coach Gomez strongly believes this to be true based on his experience with clients which is why he has decided to pursue his Life Coaching Certification to better prepare himself to help people not only transform their bodies but also their lifestyle.
